I have been working with individuals struggling with posttraumatic stress disorder, substance use, sexual addiction and mental health challenges for the past ten years. I have a real heart to walk alongside to encourage, support, and empower you to move forward in your recovery needs. I graduated from Liberty University in 2014 with a MA in Professional Counseling and completing a Doctoral level specialization in Community Care and Counseling specializing in treating trauma-related challenges. I approach recovery through the eyes of motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
