As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I use a person in environment perspective as well as assist clients in understanding the different systems/ factors that influence their mental health. My preferred treatment modalities are CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma Focused Therapy. In June of 2023 BTSTS will be offering counseling for Teens.
I am an Air Force Veteran with over 20 years of experience in mental health. I served as a mental health tech both in the military and as a government contractor which lead me to obtaining my MSW. I've been a Social Worker since 2016 and totally love what I do. I also offer Supervision (Board Certified) for LMSW's who are working towards their LCSW.

Breaking Free On The Wings of Forgiveness
This a Christian faith based group utilizing the book "Breaking Free On The Wings Of Forgiveness." Group members will dive into the life trials presented in the book and reflect on similar life trials in their lives relating to forgiveness. Members will explore their typical responses and how those relate to their faith and biblical view. Group Tentative schedule will be Tues nights from 7:30pm-8:30 pm lasting for 8 weeks. Mindfulness: Finding Me Again
I am currently gathering an interest for the Mindfulness Group: Finding Me Again. This will be an in-person closed group and will last for 6 weeks. Once there's enough interest, I'll email all participants a survey asking their preferred day and time for the group. Pricing $25 to $45 range.
