Greetings and welcome. My name is Trina Rose Frazier and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based on SETX ready to serve my community. I have over 10 years of experience in the field of psychology and counseling. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral therapy but I use an eclectic approach. I am trained in trauma-related interventions as well. I am the proud owner of The Rose Center, PLLC located in Beaumont, TX. Life is like a rose, beautiful in all its glory, but every rose has it's thorns. I want to help you work through those thorns so that you can get back to smelling the roses. Again, welcome!
My approach to therapy is practical. I engage in a style that is active and applicable to real-life experiences. I have worked in many different settings with individuals as young as 8 to 90. Our thoughts are so powerful and directly affect every other aspect of our lives. I work to assist clients with acceptance and healthy change through therapy.
I became a therapist to help individuals learn more about themselves and to live a more genuine, healthy life. I help guide clients to answers, focus on goal achievement that can be seen, and motivate clients to take a more active approach to life. I provide an alternative perspective unavailable from loved ones and friends to help generate progress.
