Hi, I’m Justin! If you’re feeling weighed down by depression, overwhelmed by anxiety, or stuck in the aftereffects of trauma, you’re in the right place. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in a warm, down-to-earth style to help you understand what’s happening, build practical skills, and move toward lasting change. As an Army veteran, I’m especially passionate about supporting veterans and first responders who carry heavy experiences and life stresses. My goal is to walk with you, at your pace, toward a calmer and more grounded life.

I respond most quickly by email. You may be the person everyone relies on while quietly feeling overwhelmed yourself. Maybe you've spent years overthinking, people-pleasing, carrying trauma, or wondering why you keep repeating the same painful patterns. I provide telehealth therapy for adults across Texas, South Carolina, and Florida. With over 20 years of trauma-informed experience, I help clients uncover the core beliefs and subconscious stories shaping their emotions, relationships, and sense of self so they can stop surviving, start living intentionally, and create lasting change.

Growing older often brings unexpected changes to your health, relationships, and daily life, but you don't have to navigate them alone. Many of the older adults I work with are facing chronic illness, the emotional demands of caring for a spouse or loved one, grief, retirement, or other life changes that have left them feeling overwhelmed, isolated, uncertain about the future, or simply not like themselves anymore. Through compassionate telehealth therapy throughout Texas, I help older adults regain hope, adapt to life's changes, and feel more like themselves again.
