As a Solution Focused Therapist I help clients find solutions to challenges by reminding them of their past successes. As a Reality Therapist/ Choice Theorist, I keep clients in the present and remind them that they have a choice. Next, I assess clients to determine their motivation and help them use it to propel them to success. Finally, I help clients strive to find and serve their purpose and learn have faith in themselves.
I focus on potential not problems, your abilities not your inabilities and remind you of the inner strength that has allowed you to have some good days. I teach skills that allow you to choose your next step and I will support you on your journey. My goal is empowerment.
