In addition to specializing in the treatment of anxiety, I have a special interest in Couples Counseling, Foster Care & Adoption, Self-Esteem, Health & Wellness, Codependence, Substance Abuse, Oppositional Defiance, Divorce & Blended Families, and Trauma & Abuse. I have 10 years of clinical experience treating children, adults, couples, and families.
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Clinical Director of The Resilience Center of Houston, Woodlands location. My education includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, both from the University of Central Florida. I am a wife and mother to two beautiful children and a certified personal trainer.
