I am dedicated to addressing the needs of adolescents, young adults, and women. Anxiety, depression, self-esteem, conflict resolution, and family strife are common issues in these populations. Empowering individuals to manage these concerns is principal to my practice.
Parenting is a most treasured job; however, it is the most challenging one. Within family sessions and parent education classes, I provide families the tools and interventions to manage behaviors and emotions that strain the familial relationship.
