You’ve done the reflecting, read the books, and tried to make the “right” choices, but you still feel stuck. I work with individuals and couples caught in cycles of perfectionism, anxiety, guilt, and relationship patterns that are hard to shift. Many of my clients are high-achievers navigating major life transitions, identity changes, pregnancy, infertility, or new parenthood. I’m a deep feeler with a scientific brain, and I’m willing to name the things others might avoid to help you find a way forward.

Struggling to show up in a world that tells you “you’re too much” and to "stop being so sensitive"? Having thoughts that no one will ever get you because you’re constantly told to “just get over it”? If you don't fit in the mold for attempting to speak your truth, this creates debilitating stress and anxiety. The need to feel safe, seen, and heard IS REAL. You want to show up real AF, comfortable in your own skin, surrounded by people who emotionally support and value YOU. But how do you stand up to all of this toxic energy when you’re feeling so damn drained and exhausted by all the drama?

You think fast, feel deeply, and hold a lot for everyone else. To the world, you're the steady one. But internally? You're running 10 open tabs at once: tracking every family dynamic, scanning for outcomes, and managing unspoken needs. You're the go-to problem solver, but you can't think your way out of this level of exhaustion. I work with deep thinkers who are stuck in overdrive. Together, we look at the systems you're navigating and start shifting the patterns that leave you feeling stuck and overwhelmed.

Therapy is often times a difficult and personal journey that one enters for a variety of reasons. It provides a safe place for people to process and work through circumstances while also offering valuable insight and perspective into whatever journey they may find themselves on. I feel humbled and a sense of gratitude that you would allow me to be a part of this very personal journey that you have chosen to go on. My philosophy is to welcome & embrace you regardless of where you are at in the journey and walk beside you as you see it to it's end.

My journey with mental health started early. I was always an anxious kid, but in sixth grade it went to a new level— constant worry about my health, my words, whether I was a good person. I was diagnosed with OCD, started therapy, and learned to face my fears. That experience lit a fire that never went out— a deep, personal interest in OCD and anxiety that became my career. Along the way, I also noticed something else: a lot of men were struggling quietly. Loneliness, difficulty finding meaning, a general malaise alongside— deep down— a shining hope of becoming. I wanted to help with that, too.

I work with adults ready to look inward and get curious about the “why” behind their patterns—those who sense there’s more to their story and are prepared to explore it with care and honesty. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and insight-oriented, grounded in the belief that early relationships and experiences shape how we see ourselves and move through the world.

If you feel like things are harder these days, you aren’t alone. You’re trying to balance it all and keep your head above water. Everyone else makes it look easy, but it isn't easy at all. In my work with my clients, we explore the things that may feel too big or scary to say and come to find that once we acknowledge it, we can work on making it better. I provide a judgement free space where you can show up as who you are today and work on who you would like to become.

It's a very human thing to encounter a challenge that's difficult to overcome on our own. Maybe that challenge shows up as anxiety that won't quiet down, or a depression that's made it hard to feel like yourself. Perhaps it's been a situation that has significantly impacted your life in a negative way, and as a person who wears many hats, all those parts of your life seem to suffer because of it.
