I work with clients to re-examine stressful situations in a safe, judgement free environment. Together we can identify goals and solutions to problems that cause pain and confusion and work to improve communication, coping skills and self-esteem.
I enjoy working with teens, adults and children with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, social anxiety and life transitions. As a parent and former teacher, I have experience working with children who are considered Twice Exceptional as well as those who struggle socially, academically or with self-confidence.
