Life can be messy, unpredictable, and at times overwhelming. You don't have to face your struggles alone. I am a licensed psychologist and LPC-S specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and relationship concerns. By offering a collaborative, compassionate, non-judgmental approach to treatment, I want to help you reach your goals, make the changes you want to make, lead a more balanced life, and have more fulfilling relationships. I would love to help you through whatever struggle you are facing at this time.
I treat clients holistically, as the mind-body-spirit connection is undeniable. I am very passionate about helping people and firmly believe that building authentic relationships with my clients is essential to helping them get the most out of therapy.
I tailor my work to each individual and often employ creative methods to help clients grow and become less "stuck" in their struggles. Creative strategies include incorporating arts/crafts, sand tray, music, physical activity, and mindfulness activities. I use techniques suited for each individual's strengths and interests.
