I rely on several counseling techniques to help my clients reach their therapy goals. I find success utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as the basis of my counseling approach. Family Systems Therapy is helpful when working with families. I also utilize Brief Solution Focused Therapy to provide symptomatic relief when appropriate.
I specialize in working with adults and women entrepreneurs. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), one of the few modalities approved in the treatment of PTSD and trauma. I enjoy using EMDR for peak performance with my entrepreneur and other future driven clients.

The Well House Group is a boutique practice in Southlake, TX. The Well House serves all individuals looks to reach goals, heal from trauma, or find solutions to anxiety/depression or other mental disorders. Counseling sessions can be done in-person at our Southlake location, or online via our HIPAA Telehealth platform. We also offer concierge counseling in the privacy of your home and office.
