I strive to help my clients understand and accept all unique aspects of themselves. Understanding one's values, relational needs, and experiences aids the client in breaking free from mundane, harmful, and disingenuine cycles of living.
I specialize in working with children and adolescents struggling with anxiety, aggression, and attachment concerns. I have extensive training and experience working with couples with struggling with a variety of concerns including infidelity. I have been trained to counsel clients across the lifespan through play therapy, activity therapy, and talk therapy.
I believe that with awareness comes freedom. Feeling discouraged or "stuck" is a natural experience. Mindfulness for Kids
Help your child understand emotions, increase concentration and self-awareness. Mindfulness equips children with tools to settle the mind in their daily routines. This groups begins on Monday, April 9th and will meet weekly from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm for 6 weeks. Limited Space is Available! This group is for children ages 6-10. $50 per session
