Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, stuck or unsure of who you can talk to? These days, many people who have never struggled, or who have had ups and downs, are finding themselves to be in greater need of having a supportive sounding board. Primarily utilizing a cognitive behavioral approach, I focus on finding solutions for goals identified together in therapy, within a supportive, non-judgmental space. I work exclusively with individual adults, ages 18 and up.
I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, adjustment to life’s transitions and changes and stress management. I also have a special interest in helping clients develop strategies for coping with chronic pain and medical illness, whether for themselves or for those caretaking for family members and friends with chronic pain.
