I believe we were made to change in spite of the bad things that happen to us. I understand incredible obstacles can keep us from loving ourselves and others and rob us of our peace. However, our brains are designed to change, adapt, and accept. If we allow ourselves to receive help from others, we can regain our true purpose in life. I am passionate about helping my clients move through depression, anxiety, regrets, grief/loss, trauma, work/career conflict, relationships of all kinds including family and couples, sexual identity, addiction and self-medicating to avoid shame and pain blocking being the true you. (Your Birth Right)

You’re driven and responsible, but lately you feel stuck, burned out, or uncertain about your next move. Maybe your work no longer feels aligned, or you’re questioning who you are outside of your career. You want clarity, confidence, and deeper support — not just quick fixes, but space to explore what truly matters.

We provide psychotherapy for adults, children and families experiencing a variety of presenting issues. Our approach to therapy is individually tailored to address your specific needs. We draw on a range of techniques to help you align with your goals. We do not see any one model as having all the answers, but believe that the most effective therapy integrates multiple theoretical perspectives. We provide a safe place for authentic connection on your journey to healing.

I am a bilingual and bicultural therapist and I am honored to walk with clients as they navigate various life challenges. I thrive to establish a safe therapeutic relationship with clients who have experienced trauma and difficult life circumstances. I am an EMDR trained therapist and understand that early life experiences affect and mold how we walk through life. My goal in the therapeutic process is to meet the client where they are at and offer a culturally sensitive approach to their challenges. I hope to hold a safe space for each client as they navigate and find their healing.

Hoping that your situation will turn out for the better, especially during difficult times, is extremely important; hope alone however, will only take you so far. My aim, as your therapist, is to assist you in identifying the connection between your beliefs, behaviors, and the challenges you're experiencing. I use sound therapeutic models to frame our therapuetic approach in session, and together, we'll work to enhance your outlook, build your skills, and reframe your life. I truly believe you're remarkable and more resilient than you know; my goal is to help you see that. Let's go All In, together.

As a recovering alcoholic and drug addict with 39 years of recovery, I enjoy working with other recovering individuals. I have a wide range of treatment therapy expertise to address co-existing issues that often complicate recovery. My professional experience started in 1988 as a substance abuse counselor intern in residential treatment, with later work in outpatient, hospital, criminal justice and military programs where I eventually became a Clinical Director. While I support 12 step recovery, I also offer alternative approaches that are individualized to more closely align with client desires and motivation.

You want to appear reliable and competent, like you can do anything asked of you, but deep down you are struggling to say no to others or feel confident in yourself. You’re someone who is ambitious, with high levels of responsibility in your life, but still find yourself feeling stuck and afraid of letting anyone down. You feel disconnected from your family and loved ones no matter how much you do. But you’re ready to make a change. You’re ready to learn to say no. You’re ready to let go of fears that are holding you back . Most of all, you’re ready to find joy–to have a life that feels worth living. I want to help you get there.

You’ve been the rock for everyone else — pushing forward even when your tank is empty. It's the only way you know how to survive, and it's worked so far. Right? Carrying the weight of trauma, parenthood, anxiety, relationship struggles, childhood abuse, a thankless job and a dwindling sense of self-worth has left you feeling weak and drained. But you are so much stronger than you think. Strength isn’t stuffing it down/never needing help—it’s knowing when to reach for it. Counseling is your chance to lay down some of that weight, rediscover your resilience, and begin building a life that feels lighter, stronger, and truly yours.

I initially specialized in treating PTSD, and trauma therapy continues to be one of my main passions. I have a diverse experience with a wide range of mental health/neurological disorders but more importantly, an ideal patient would be one who is open and willing to process difficult topics and memories as opposed to continuing to engage in avoidance (a short term bandage for a long term injury). I describe my style as collaborative, directive, and solution oriented, but also find power in allowing clients to process deep rooted issues in a non-judgmental way. **Please note I do not accept insurance***

Hi I’m Jenna. I know that sometimes it’s hard to explain what’s going on inside. You just know you haven’t felt quite like yourself in a while. Maybe you’re feeling distant, worn out, or overwhelmed in ways you can’t easily name. Life feels heavier than it used to be, and you’re not sure how to get back to yourself. In our work together, you don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to show up as you are: messy, unsure, tender. Over time, this space can become a place where clarity returns, your nervous system softens, and you begin to feel more like yourself again.

As a queer non-binary person that is part of both the ethical nonmonogamy and kink communities, I know personally how hard it can be to find a mental health professional that understands. After my own struggle I decided to pursue mental health as a profession so that I could give back to the communities that have meant so much to me. Everyone needs help with life sometimes and everyone should be able to get that help in a judgement free way that affirms one’s identity. Even if what you are currently struggling with has nothing to do with your identity, it can still be good to find help in a way that feels authentic to who you are.
