I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a broad spectrum of experience which includes: Inpatient Psychiatric, Outpatient Group, Residential Treatment, and Private Practice. I utilize a client-centered approach to therapy incorporating CBT, DBT, Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing.
I believe in a strong, therapeutic relationship as the foundation of successful counseling. I provide respect, warmth, and a nonjudgmental environment for each client.
