Growth, healing and support provided in a caring environment. Therapy is a partnership between client and therapist in which change and healing CAN happen. I believe in customizing sessions to meet the specific needs of each client. My goal is to provide validation and support so that each client feels heard and empowered to find solutions and healing. I am honored to walk along side clients as they find relief and balance in their lives!
I support clients (children, teens & adults) during life changes and challenges such as difficulties at work or school, trauma recovery, anxiety and depression. I work with both individuals and families to support positive change and relief from issues that are causing discomfort and stress.
Daytime and evening appointments are available. I do not accept insurance but will work with each client to provide documentation for out of network reimbursement.
