I believe one of the most important aspects of therapy is that you, the client, feel comfortable and safe with your therapist. My goal is to provide a down-to-earth atmosphere where you feel free to be open and honest without judgment. Together we will work to build on your strengths allowing you to feel a greater sense of empowerment.
My experience includes working with young adults, as well as assisting families and friends build healthier relationships by improving upon communication skills and establishing healthy boundaries. I have worked exclusively with trauma survivors on an inpatient basis, helping them work through feelings of anger and depression.
