You tell yourself that it’s all in the past, however, if you’re honest, you can see hints of anger, fear, or insecurity showing up in your current relationships. Those emotions make sense given what you have endured, yet, your loved ones shouldn’t be the recipient of them.. Don't let your past steal the joy of your present. Past hurts CAN be healed and the offending party need not be involved, or even alive, for you to put your demons to rest.
