My name is Yilda Sanchez. Life coaching is my passion. I truly love what I do. Quick story time, throughout my teens & in my early 20’s, I always felt like something was missing. I felt lost and unfulfilled. It wasn’t until the ages 23-24 that depression & anxiety hit me hard. This was the same time I started my graduate degree courses. I decided to seek out therapy and work on my healing. 2020 became the year I worked on my body and on my soul. My eyes lit up again when I smiled. My light returned. I healed my inner child. Throughout this journey I learned so much about healing, spirituality, and the importance of mental health.

Hi! I'm Megan. I completed my master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy with a concentration in spiritual formation from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. I specialize in Christian counseling for teens and young adults.

I consider it an honor to guide and help individuals and families as they walk through what may be one of the more difficult times in their lives. Whatever your story is, you are worthy of getting well and should not suffer in silence any longer. There is absolutely no shame in seeking counseling and I commend you for taking this step! I work with adults and I specialize in anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and/or interpersonal relationships. My approach to therapy is holistic, which allows me to provide a safe space in which my clients can explore and accept who they are. To facilitate this process of self-discovery, I have a non-directive and supportive manner that encourages openness and trust in the therapeutic relationship. I honor all cultural and spiritual backgrounds, and I am sensitive to LGBT individuals and couples.
