Over the past twenty years I have been honored to walk along side people-many who were ill, grieving, or struggling with any number of life's obstacles. In session, you and I will individualize you care plan: Talk Therapy, Mindfulness, Narritive, and/or Cognitive-Behavioral therapy are a few tools we will work with.
