Sometimes mental illness affects progression of life and sometimes life causes mental health struggles. Either way, the struggle is real. We get drug down by life, we struggle to solve problems, anger gets in the way, anxiety, depression, problem solving. The constant battle between our brain and emotions can be overwhelming.
