If you are in pain and desire relief, you are in the right place. You can stuff and stuff trauma, but eventually it will manifest in many ways. Unaddressed trauma can show up in the form of pain, anger, replaying of the past and present, fears, excessive worry, overthinking, feelings of being overwhelmed, nightmares, to name a few. I am here to offer hope - there are paths to heal your pain and discomfort caused by the traumatic events and the resultant trauma responses. Together we can unlock the power of healing.

I am not accepting new clients at this time and am unable to respond to inquires.
The world can often feel overwhelming, especially for those in marginalized communities who face unique and intersecting challenges. As a social worker, my approach is rooted in compassion, open-mindedness, and cultural humility. I primarily work with gender diverse individuals and survivors of intimate partner or sexual violence. In my practice, I take a person-centered approach, cultivating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their lives.

You are anxious, burnt out, and overwhelmed by the constant mental load of balancing work, parenting, and everyday responsibilities.
Things look great on the outside but you secretly feel emotionally exhausted, pressured to keep everything together, or disconnected from yourself.
You feel guilty for missing a life that was simpler and allowed you to tap into versions of yourself that you feel you no longer have access to.

Not Accepting New Clients At This Time.........I believe in transparency and honesty. I have experienced my own difficulties and challenges in life after 22 years in the U.S. Army and 10+ years in Law Enforcement. I am in recovery from PTSD and substance abuse. Nobody wakes up one morning and decides to abuse substances and destroy their lives. It just happens. We are not weak, defective, useless, worthless, morally corrupt, or any other disparaging comments often said about individuals with a Substance Use Disorder. We are loving individuals that are just hurting inside.
