If you’re overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or feeling disconnected from the people you care about, you’re not alone. Most of my clients come to me when they’ve reached a point where something has to change — the stress, the pressure, the silence, the pretending. They want a place where they can finally talk honestly without being judged, fixed, or dismissed.
