I believe that we all have strengths within us that give us the capacity for healing, but often difficult life events can cause us to lose touch with those strengths. As a result, our coping abilities are often compromised, and seem outside of our ability to reclaim. It has been my experience to help individuals reconnect with their strengths, and use the abilities within themselves to be restored to the best version of who they can be.
I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy that is tailored to each individual's needs. I enjoy working with a complete age range of adolescents, young adults, older adults, seniors and the LGBTQ community.
