I have spent a majority of my early career working with teenagers, but have primarily shifted to working with young professionals and adults. As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, my primary focus involves working with those that struggle with sex addiction, pornography, infidelity, and the resulting difficulties. Recently, I have enjoyed helping athletes (i.e., ultra running, MMA, and Jiu-Jitsu) break through the mental barriers that limit physical performance. I have a wealth of experience working closely with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.

I have a heart to help people who are hurting and looking for relief, change, and hope. Maybe you're looking at life right now and it looks bleak, but you don't know what's wrong and much less how to fix it, or maybe you know exactly what your problem is, but you don’t know what to do about it or you just need an unbiased ear to sit with you, listen to you, and walk through the struggle with you as we work to find a solution. Regardless of your situation, I would love to help.

You may be the one everyone relies on: the clinician holding space for others while managing the weight of your own emotions, the mother balancing endless responsibilities and feeling pulled in every direction, the college student facing constant pressure, uncertainty, and the demands of a new stage of life, or the young professional quietly burning out under work and life expectations. Life may look “fine” on the outside, but inside you feel exhausted, anxious, and disconnected. Therapy can offer a calm, safe place to pause, process what’s weighing on you, and reconnect with your sense of self, priorities, and what matters most.

My goal in therapy is simple but powerful: to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported in becoming your most authentic self. I believe that meaningful change happens in genuine relationships, where you can be challenged when something isn't aligning with your values or goals. I show up as a human first and a therapist second. My approach is transparent, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity and respect, tailoring sessions to meet your unique needs and goals. I won't give you quick advice or surface-level fixes; instead, I'll help you understand yourself more deeply and move forward with clarity and intention.
