So much of what we carry is hard to look at—memories we avoid, feelings we push down, relational discord, or parts of our story that feel too vulnerable to share. Maybe, as much as you have tried to find a way through the hard, you continue to find yourself stuck in a loop of inner conflict, anxious turmoil and a disconnection from the real you. My desire is to provide you with a space that honors your story and allows you to process what has felt too overwhelming to carry alone.

I love working with clients (2-18) who have ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing Disorders, and other forms of neurodivergence. I use play therapy to connect with them and help them learn about their brains, their emotions, and new, more comfortable ways of expressing themselves and meeting their needs. I also enjoy connecting with parents who feel alone in the unique challenges that come with parenting these children. It can be hard to feel like the challenges are respected and the positives appreciated.

I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, not labeled or rushed to “fix” themselves. My work is grounded in the understanding that identity, culture, history, and lived experience all shape how we navigate the world and how we carry stress, grief, purpose, and resilience. I strive to create a space that is thoughtful, honest, and affirming, where clients can explore both challenges and strengths without judgment. I am especially attentive to how systems, expectations, and unspoken pressures impact mental health, particularly for individuals who have learned to be strong for others while neglecting themselves.

My passion lies in trauma, including medical trauma, cultural identity, generational wounds, and women’s issues. I’m committed to creating a safe space for those navigating life-altering medical diagnoses, grappling with grief and uncertainty, fear, or struggling to balance cultural expectations while seeking self-acceptance. I understand how overwhelming and isolating this journey can be, like traveling an unknown road without a clear map. But you don't have to navigate it alone - together, we will find a path towards clarity, strength, and self - discovery.

Life is full of shifts—some expected, some unexpected. Whether you’re stepping into greater responsibility and visibility or navigating the tough moments that bring grief and uncertainty, I believe in empowering you to face those transitions with confidence and resilience. The greatest compliment I’ve ever received is the trust of those who let me walk alongside them in their journeys. I am passionate about understanding people—their stories, their challenges, their drive to grow—and I am honored to play a role in helping them achieve more, push through transitions, and emerge stronger.

I specialize in helping women in high-pressure careers attain balance and well-being without compromising their success. For my patients, things look impressive on the outside. The overachievers, the high-performers, the hardest workers in already high-pressure fields — no one might even guess they’re struggling. In their heads, though, it's a different story. They feel anxious, stressed, unfulfilled, and burnt out; they’re critical of themselves; they’re dealing with the very real challenges of this particular season of life. They doubt themselves more than most people who have achieved half of what they have.
