My role as your counselor is to help empower you and help you find your path to a peaceful, positive and balanced life. I work with a wide variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, emotional abuse, relationship issues, self esteem issues and divorce.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Board Approved LPC Supervisor, and a National Board Certified Counselor. I have several years of experience working with both teenagers and the adult population. I use different techniques based on the individual needs of the client.
I focus on creating a safe space to make my clients feel comfortable and I will ensure their confidentiality. It is my goal to empower my clients, help strengthen their relationships, and find fulfillment in life.
