Are you struggling with your mental health and feeling isolated or hopeless? As a compassionate therapist, my goal is to help clients reach their highest potential through a trusting, supportive relationship. Let's talk about and process what's making you feel stuck in life right now. Areas I have most experience in include anxiety, depression, grief, but I welcome the opportunity to get to know you and your individual needs. I want you to look forward to therapy sessions as a part of your self care routine, even when it's challenging.

Life is difficult. And for various reasons--pride, fear and procrastination among them--we as humans don't always readily reach out for help. There are many ways to reach out. Some do it through talking to family members or clergy. Some through friends or support groups. And sometimes the problems we are dealing with go away by themselves. But not usually.

I believe in the importance of building a strong counseling relationship to create an avenue for change. Our initial session together will be focused around exploring and setting goals and seeing if we are the right fit to help you reach those goals. You might be feeling confused or scared about where to turn and how to start. Sometimes it helps to talk to someone who doesn't already know you. Someone who won't judge you. That is why I focus on creating a safe space in which you will feel comfortable.

I understand that there are times when you feel very alone and struggle with everyday realities. Let me help you find your self again and identify the things that are getting in the way of your happiness and success. You are not alone. We can do this together.

Life is hard! Whether it's coping with unexpected challenges, parenting, dealing with memories we wish we didn't have, learning about a new diagnosis or condition, or starting a new career or job. All of these things push us out of our comfort zones, and we struggle to deal with them. It is normal to feel like your world is a bit out of control at times and that you're not sure what to do or how to do it.
