I am a licensed mental health practitioner in private practice and work with individuals, couples, and families. I engage in counseling with adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of concerns including the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship issues, grief/loss, and family/marital conflict. I specialize in helping those who have been impacted by trauma to process the thoughts and feelings related to their past experiences and develop a positive sense of self, meaningful relationships in the present, and hope for their future.

In twenty-two years of mental health work and fourteen years of professional coaching, I have developed expertise in relationship counseling, depression and anxiety, anger management, behavior disorders and recovery from abuse. I have coached clients in personal growth, self esteem, assertiveness and divorce/blended families.I enjoy coaching divorced families toward healthy bonding and blending. After the pain of divorce, it is challenging to incorporate all parents, step parents, siblings, half-siblings, step siblings, grandparents, and other extended family into a loving group where all members can grow and be productive.
