I offer trauma informed care; I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2, EMDR Certified therapist. I offer Telehealth and a few In-Person Sessions as my schedule allows at this time. I can offer a safe place to explore the difficult emotions associated with trauma and grief. I use many modalities to accomplish this with my clients; Interpersonal Relationship building, EMDR and Mindfulness are my strengths. I have been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have worked extensively with bereavement.
