I listen and help link childhood memories to insights through psychotherapeutic interpretation. My ability to draw from personal loss and experience helps me guide others through the sometimes painful exploration of the self.
I work with individuals, often supplementing with group therapy, to help them recognize and understand the obstacles in their way.

I am also trained in EMDR, Exposure therapy and CBT for trauma. Many of my clients have substance abuse issues and have yet to find true serenity despite working an AA program. Our program teaches the skills for intimacy and connection...and this brings inner peace.
