I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and have specialized training in Somatic Experiencing and Play Therapy. I have experience treating PTSD, trauma, and mood disorders, as well as helping people heal from toxic relationships or manage life transitions. I work with all ages and I offer a safe environment for the LGBTQ community.
Change is hard and I feel privileged to walk beside my clients as they make the difficult but worthwhile journey towards lasting change. My job is to help my clients feel heard and accepted for who they are, and to empower them to use their strengths to accomplish their goals.
