What do you wish you could change? You may be frustrated because “if I could change it, I would have by now”. As a therapist I help clients work towards changing their lives. Whether it is a parent wanting to improve their relationship with their kids, a partner wanting to reconnect with their loved one, or an individual wanting to overcome the obstacle that has been in their way. I want to empower you to reach your goal.

Are you and your partner not clicking the way you used to? Maybe the person who once made sparks fly now feels more like a roommate. Or perhaps there’s been conflict, betrayal, or emotional distance that makes it hard to feel secure in your marriage or relationship. You might also be struggling within yourself—feeling anxious, stressed, depressed, or stuck in patterns of avoidance just to get through the day. These struggles are common, but they don’t have to define your future.

Accepting New Clients - Are you doing too much, thinking too much, and carrying more than your share in relationships—and it’s exhausting, but you don’t know how to stop. You may start to feel resentful, shut down, or like you’re the problem. These patterns didn’t start overnight. In therapy, we look at how these patterns show up, where they come from, and why they’re so hard to change. We pay attention to your reactions and what you might be avoiding, even when it's uncomfortable, so things start to make more sense.

I hold a deep belief in the goodness within every person. Guided by this belief, I work with individuals and couples to help make sense of their experiences and find new ways of relating. When working with couples I integrate the Gottman method and an attachment focus. I view healing as something that grows through compassion, openness, and connection.
I support clients facing life transitions, stress, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and challenges in their relationships. I aim to help you understand, and integrate these parts of yourself, making room for hope, possibility, and healing.

I believe therapy should be collaborative and focused on meaningful change. Most people aren’t looking to spend years in therapy—they want clarity, relief, and practical tools that help them move forward. My approach is designed to provide insight, motivation, and direction so clients can create the changes they want in their lives.
I draw primarily from Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family Systems Therapy. These approaches allow us to identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and strengthen personal and relational functioning in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming.

We don't do pearl-clutching over here. We do real, messy, sometimes ugly, and supported. Like a bra you don't actively hate.
I work with adults healing from sexual trauma, PTSD, and complex trauma who are tired of pretending they’re fine. My style is irreverent, laid back, direct, and grounded. I’m not easily shocked.
A lot of my clients are actively engaged in polyamory or ENM and the BDSM/kink communities. I also work with people processing religious trauma or church harm. For my neurodivergent and neurocomplex folks, I work with people who are late-diagnosed or exploring autism and ADHD. We work with your brain, not against it.

What else could go wrong? Why do I keep trying? What's the use? I guess this is just how things will always be. No one understands me. I don't fit in. My family doesn't care. Relationship issues, trouble communicating, trouble processing, or still trying to find yourself? Are these questions or thoughts that you struggle with? Well, guess what? You are not the only one. So, now, Imagine yourself with a huge smile, and gut busting laugh that is authentic and genuine. Not like the ones you have faked for so long. Think of that laughter and smile, without feeling all the anxiety, depression, etc..... sounds great right?

It’s easy to get stuck in your head, especially when anxiety or relationship patterns start to loop. You might find yourself replaying conversations, overthinking, or feeling caught in cycles that are hard to break. I work with men and adults navigating anxiety and OCD (including obsessions, compulsions, and rumination), as well as relationship challenges—helping them untangle these patterns, shift the behaviors that keep them going, and feel more grounded, confident, and able to move forward with intention.

Sometimes life feels like it’s going in the right direction, and at times it throws a few unexpected twists and turns our way. When that happens, we can find ourselves feeling stressed, irritable, frustrated, sad, and maybe even scared. We may find it difficult to share these with others, feeling as if no one will understand. On the other hand, life might feel like it’s going great, but there’s still those changes that you might want to make but are just unsure of how to go about it. Although life can be so different for so many, the great thing is that it doesn’t have to be dealt with alone.
