Hi, I’m Victoria and I’m glad you’re here! Have you ever felt like the trauma you’ve experienced or your diagnosis is something that holds you back or you’re navigating it all on your own? I have, and it’s one of the primary reasons I became a therapist myself. With a history of childhood trauma and being neurodivergent, I’ve come to understand that relational support is essential to healing, growing, and creating the life we long for. I know firsthand how lonely trauma recovery can be and I aim to provide a soft space for you to unmask. It’s an honor to support my clients as they come to a place of security and hope.

What is this therapy thing all about? It’s simple and hard at the same time and can be the best decision you’ll ever make for yourself. You talk, I listen. And together we open up the possibilities. We will explore what makes you you, and then decide what you want to keep and want you’d like to change. The goal is to help you feel closer to your authentic self while being able to love those around you in a deeper, more meaningful way.

Please Note: I do NOT Accept Insurance. Racism is tough! We all live with various levels of stress and anxiety caused by the numerous elements in our lives. But living under the constant stress, pressure, and anxiety of racism adds another level of tension to our relationships with our family, our co-workers, our community, and ourselves.

Hi! My name is Ash (they/them)
and I'd love to work through therapy together. Are you wrestling with sexuality, or do you want a therapist who is aware of sexuality’s impact on life? Do you have questions about parts of your childhood you can’t quite remember? With me you can expect someone who is on your side and who will provide a safe space to explore, engage with your story, and find a sense of healing. My history is working in mental illness based settings, engaging trauma stories with neurodivergent young adults, and is as an advocate with teenagers and the LGBTQIA+ community. You don't have to do this alone.

To be a therapist is to be a co-laborer of change. I believe in getting in the trenches with my clients to work on the tough stuff. My greatest joy is watching clients leave my office having their awesome, life changing ah ha moments! Let's face it, sometimes in life we get stuck. Rightfully so, life is hard and sometimes we need help picking up the pieces with no judgment about our past. I believe that when we invite those stuck parts of us in to be learned and understood then, consistent progress is inevitable.
