I believe in custom-tailoring therapy to your specific needs, personality, and your desired results by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neurolinguistic Programing (NLP) and Brief Therapy to treat depression, anxiety, trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and low self-esteem, whether you are an adult, or an adolescent.
