I have over 25 years of experience helping individuals struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, loss, chronic health issues, trauma and other significant life changes. I am also excited to share that I can provide EMDR as a form of therapy. It is very effective in helping people heal from trauma and changing negative beliefs about self.
