As a trained EMDR therapist, my focus is to help you find relief from many types of psychological distress that impact your daily living. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a form of psychotherapy that has been empirically tested and proven effective on a variety of psychological issues and all ages.
