My three threads of specialty are anxiety, relationships, and trauma. This work includes help with anxiety and mood disorders, self-esteem/identity, trauma (PTSD, childhood trauma, religious trauma), spirituality, and relationship challenges. I am passionate about holding space to grow toward a sense of wholeness, meaning, and hope.
