I am a compassionate clinical social worker, educated at Washington University, with over 15 years of experience in the St. Louis area. My approach is empathetic and non-judgmental as I help you find solutions that meet the needs of your situation. I am both passionate and well-versed in step-parenting and parenting issues, remarriage and life transitions, including divorce, grief and aging.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and/or Emotionally Focused Therapy to help clients achieve their goals. I am also trained in Brainspotting to help process worries and traumas.
