I’ve been journeying with people through their stories for over 20 years, most recently as a trauma-informed mental health therapist with specialties in EMDR, CBT, IFS, person-centered therapy, and spiritual abuse recovery. I see children, teens, adults, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, those who identify as spiritual or religious, and those who don’t.
