I work with teens, adults, and couples, and I have received advanced training in EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy).

I work with teens, adults, and couples, addressing issues like relationship and/or marital conflict, family-of-origin issues, spirituality, identity, abuse and trauma. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore new paths in life, learn more about yourself, and experience new ways of flourishing.
