EMDR therapy helps people recognize unconscious patterns as they work towards implementing healthier, more effective coping strategies.
Before I became a counselor, I spent 10 years in sales and marketing, which taught me about setting and achieving goals. My psychological training prepared me to help clients examine barriers to their success. My combined training gives me an advantage in helping individuals make the life transitions they desire.
