I have experience working with children, teens and adults including veterans. I've worked extensively with depression, anxiety and trauma. I have 18 years experience in mental health, 6 years experience as a Life Coach and 40 years experience as an adult.
My education and training is extensive. Initial work begins with mindfulness practices and Genogram work. Types of therapies I use most often are Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavior, and EMDR. As a Board Certified Life Coach I use my life coaching skills with all therapies.
