I founded my private practice on the principle of helping others create the life that they want. Often times that means resolving past trauma or issues that stand in our way. Change can be a difficult process, but with someone who understands how change occurs and the pitfalls that can hinder change it is possible. Life By Design Counseling offers: Access to psychiatric services and medication management. Integrative treatment for individuals that have both mental health and substance abuse issues from a counselor that is dually licensed and trained in both areas. Trauma treatment from a qualified and extensively trained professional that is able to provide EMDR and Brainspotting treatment.
