I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults that struggle with depression, anxiety, and trauma related issues. Additionally, I also work with parents and families that are looking to receive support in the areas of parenting and restructuring family dynamics.

Because of my emphasis on partnership, I work in collaboration with clients to establish meaningful goals that foster personal growth.
