A collaborative and integrative approach along with strengths-based, mindfulness interventions and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) are used in the therapy space to help better understand clients' patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We will work towards your personal goals and find you symptom relief!
