Do you ever feel like a hollow version of yourself, floating through life unfulfilled? Have you written off your dreams, bitterly quieting a deep longling to fully connect? Do you feel afraid of your own truth, or afraid of hurting others with your truth?
Living inside of a hollow life sucks big time! You may not realize how you got here, or you may be fully aware. Either way, you are here because you feel you have no choice but to stay, pretending it doesn't bother you. The pretending and hopelessness become your normal existence and in pure survival, you dissociate. Check out. Lose yourself... Does this sound like you?

You never thought you’d be here. Maybe you crossed a line you swore you never would, or you’re carrying a secret that no one else knows about. Somehow your mind just won’t stop—replaying conversations, questioning your choices, and wondering how your life ended up feeling this complicated. From the outside, things may still look “fine.” But no one would guess that inside, you feel anxious, restless, or overwhelmed with guilt, anger, or confusion. You might be questioning your relationship, struggling with intrusive thoughts, or connecting that things from the past and difficult experiences are still affecting your life today.

You didn't expect to feel like this. Maybe you thought the hardest part would be the treatments. The appointments. The waiting. But what nobody prepared you for was the grief. I'm speaking to the grief that shows up whether you're still in the middle of trying or mourning what hasn't happened yet. The kind of grief that's hard to explain to people who haven't been there. You don't have to explain it to me. I work with individuals navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum transitions, trauma, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, and the emotional weight of the perinatal journey.

Many people come to therapy after years of trying to understand themselves. They’ve read books, listened to podcasts, talked with friends, and still find themselves caught in the same emotional patterns. Therapy offers something different—a relationship where those patterns can be explored with curiosity, compassion, and greater awareness. Together we weave mindfulness, body awareness, and conversation to help you feel more present, resilient, and connected to yourself.

If having kids slowly pulled your relationship to the bottom of the priority list and you're deciding if you should keep working or call it quits, you’re in the right place. Between juggling careers, parenting, and constant logistics, there’s little room left for the two of you. You may still function as a team, but the connection feels thin and unfulfilling. Many couples I work with quietly wonder, “Is this just what they mean when they say 'marriage is hard' or does it being this hard mean I'm not with the right person?” You need the right therapist to help you decide if you should stay or go.
