I provide a safe space to identify the strengths that have brought you to this point in your life and help you learn how to use those strengths to work through some of the challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, feelings of low self-worth or just trying to help everyday life feel a little easier.
I recognize the importance of the therapeutic relationship as a vehicle for positive change; my approach is client-centered, collaborative, and solution focused. We will work together to help alleviate discomfort and learn how to be better equipped for handling distressing situations in the future.
