I am trained and certified as an Anger Management Trainer- Specialist. I am a trauma-informed therapist trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am bilingual/bicultural (Mexican/American). I am fluent in Spanish.
We will work together to understand the root cause of your struggles and address those issues with long-lasting strategies that help you get closer to your goals and feeling more positive.
