However, these hardships that we go through do not have to end up hindering our functioning and stagnating our growth. Namaste! My name is Amanda Sneed, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nineteen years of clinical experience. My experience includes working with various individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, difficult life transitions, and trauma (including working with women in a domestic violence shelter). I work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and incorporate education and mindfulness approaches in conjunction to support each other. I firmly believe that creating a safe space for people will be essential to make connections during therapy.

Jenni strives to provide a safe and supportive environment for counseling services, both in person at our office in Lombard and via telehealth. With a strengths-based approach, Jenni empowers her clients to make positive changes in their lives by focusing on their individual strengths and advocating for their needs. Jenni holds an MA in Counseling Psychology and is also a Board Certified Art Therapist.
